The Wyoming Aeronautics Division was awarded an $800,000 grant through the USDOT’s Small Community Air Service Development Program in 2005. This grant enabled the state, in consortium with the ten commercial airports, to conduct a statewide air service campaign.

This website is made possible through the initiatives of that campaign. The campaign, at a state level came to a conclusion in February 2008; however, the ten commercial airports are continuing to utilize the “Fly Wyoming” brand and ads in their various local marketing endeavors.
